Liked it but the tins rust

I didn't want to just keep th in the shower stall to dissolve on their own buy the metal tins rust. So, I guess I need to just leave them. Otherwise, I really like the idea of them and they worked relatively well. I love the scent though.

It’s About Average

This was my first time using a solid form of conditioner and my experience was just average. The bar is easy to use, simply lather it in your hands, then apply. It smells alright. I was hoping this would give that minty feel on the scalp, but it didn’t for me.As a conditioner, I’ve used plenty of better products. This is a ok conditioner if you just need light, daily use. But if you have dry hair and need conditioning, I don’t think this product would be for you.I have fine thin hair, and most conditioners weigh it down, however this did not!

Love the scent

Smells refreshing and lasts long. Somewhat moisturizing/ soft feeling after washout. Kind of pricy. Overall a good products with good ingredients and the can is reusable of you like things like that.

Love at first use

I'm really trying to reduce my use of plastics so I thought I'd try shampoo & conditioner bars. I absolutely love love love this bar. My hair is both thin and fine so it can be difficult to find a conditioner that restores balance without weighing it down or making it feel oily. This conditioner bar was practically perfect for me and the peppermint adds an invigorating factor to my mornings. The tin it comes in is great too. No rust that I've noticed yet and, of course, great for reuse or recycling.

Not my favorite fragrance

While I love the peppermint shampoo bar by Taza Natural, I am a bit less of a fan of this one. To be fair it is all due to the smell (details later) but it does perform very well. The shampoo leaves a really strong minty burn/tingling sensation and this one does too, although not quite as intense. What I mean by minty burn is the same sensation as chewing a strong minty gum, where your mouth and nostrils feel like they are breathing in cold winter air. This makes this product a great way to feel cooler in summer, though it can feel colder in winter as well.Regarding the smell, I am not a huge fan of the scent is because the conditioner bar contains (more) argan oil. I guess it just isn't my cup of tea. That said, it is a well known ingredient to help keep your hairs nice and healthy, so it is in fact a welcome addition; it just doesn't smell as refreshing as peppermint. The conditioner bar works well and easily; you can swipe once or twice over your hair and it provides an adequate amount of product already. After giving it a moment, rinse it off. It rinses off pretty well but it does feel like it will run down your body instead, making your torso feel a bit greasy instead.Aside from the price being a little high as an initial investment, the only point of contention that I can think of is the container it comes in. Some types of products need to be stored in a closed container. And although it feels like this one would also be the case, it seems like it does not need to. However, it comes in a tin so might as well use it, right? Turns out the container is made of a metal that rusts instead of something like tin or aluminum... so just be careful with water or moisture when storing this conditioner bar.
